Mistral is seeking an AI Deployment Lead to bridge strategy and execution for enterprise customers adopting AI solutions. This role combines presales advisory with postsales deployment leadership, positioning you as a trusted strategic advisor to C-suite executives across high-stakes industries including finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector.
You will own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, diagnosing business challenges and co-creating multi-year AI transformation roadmaps. In the presales phase, you'll partner with sales and product teams to design tailored AI strategies and proof-of-concepts that demonstrate tangible ROI. In postsales, you'll lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to execute deployment roadmaps, navigate organizational complexity, and drive change management for seamless adoption.
Key responsibilities include: serving as lead strategic advisor for high-value clients; leading C-suite workshops to diagnose business drivers and align AI strategies with corporate objectives; developing compelling business cases articulating ROI; designing and presenting solutions that address critical business challenges; owning end-to-end deployment success from planning through operational integration; identifying expansion opportunities within accounts; and mentoring junior strategists while contributing to best practices and playbooks.
You'll represent Mistral as a thought leader through speaking engagements, executive briefings, and industry contributions. The role demands a rare combination of executive presence, technical credibility, and commercial acumen, with equal comfort in presales deal-shaping and postsales delivery.
Required qualifications: 8+ years in technical management consulting, enterprise technology, or customer-facing strategic roles focused on AI/ML, data architecture, or digital transformation. Degree in a relevant scientific field (Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, etc.). Fluency in English and Korean. Deep, practical expertise in AI/ML concepts, enterprise data architecture, and modern software development with hands-on experience developing AI solutions. Proven track record engaging and influencing C-suite executives. Ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable programs. Experience managing high-value accounts and understanding deal mechanics. Collaborative leadership style that motivates cross-functional teams through influence.
