Writer is an enterprise generative AI platform that enables leading companies like Mars, Marriott, Uber, and Vanguard to build and deploy AI agents grounded in their proprietary data. As an AI Deployment Engineer, you'll be a technical leader working directly with Fortune 500 enterprise customers to architect and implement custom AI-powered solutions using Writer's platform, APIs, and Knowledge Graph capabilities.
Your core responsibilities include partnering deeply with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases and validate technical feasibility, then owning the end-to-end implementation of tailored solutions. You'll architect custom applications, templates, and integrations that solve complex business challenges, translating intricate technical concepts into clear recommendations that guide customers through the generative AI landscape. You'll collaborate closely with internal Product and Engineering teams, providing critical customer feedback that shapes the product roadmap.
You'll drive customer time-to-value by developing scalable processes, robust documentation, and efficient workflows for technical integrations. A key part of the role is championing successful adoption and expansion of Writer's solutions within customer accounts, ensuring maximum impact and ROI.
You bring over 5 years of hands-on technical SaaS experience, with at least 3 years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management. You have deep technical fluency in Python and extensive API experience, particularly in designing sophisticated prompts and understanding linguistic principles for AI applications. You've proven your ability to architect and deliver complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments.
You communicate exceptionally well, with executive presence and the ability to simplify complex AI concepts for diverse audiences from technical teams to C-suite leadership. You have a true builder's mindset, passion for emerging technologies, and a relentless drive to connect with customers and internal teams, challenge the status quo, and own successful outcomes for strategic accounts.
