Writer is an enterprise generative AI platform that enables leading companies like Mars, Marriott, Uber, and Vanguard to build and deploy AI agents grounded in their own data. As an AI Deployment Engineer, you'll be a technical leader working directly with Fortune 500 enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases and architect end-to-end solutions leveraging Writer's platform, APIs, and Knowledge Graph capabilities.
Your core responsibilities include partnering deeply with enterprise customers to validate technical feasibility and own implementation of tailored AI solutions; architecting custom applications, templates, and integrations that solve complex business challenges; translating sophisticated technical concepts into clear recommendations for diverse audiences from technical teams to C-suite executives; and collaborating with internal Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback that shapes the product roadmap.
You'll drive customer time-to-value by developing scalable processes and efficient workflows for technical integrations, and champion successful adoption and expansion of Writer's AI solutions within customer accounts to maximize ROI.
Required qualifications include 5+ years of hands-on technical SaaS experience with at least 3 years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management. You need deep technical fluency in Python, extensive API experience, and proven ability to design sophisticated prompts and understand linguistic principles for AI applications. You should have a track record architecting complex solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments, with exceptional communication skills and executive presence. A builder's mindset, passion for emerging technologies, and relentless drive to connect with customers and own successful outcomes for strategic accounts are essential.
