Brick Seguros is transforming the insurance sector by building an AI-powered operating system that automates underwriting, fraud prevention, claims, and risk decisions. You will join as a Solutions Engineer, acting as a technical co-builder embedded within a business domain, owning the technical roadmap from process mapping through delivery of optimized solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the technical roadmap for an assigned business domain, working as a co-constructor alongside the domain owner (not as a vendor)
- Lead pre-sales discovery and technical qualification for enterprise clients, especially those with heavy API integrations; design and execute POCs that simulate production-level integrations to demonstrate ROI
- Identify technical risks, integration complexity, and activation blockers before deal closure; translate customer requirements into practical solution designs using Brick's products and APIs
- Prioritize roadmap by business impact, not engineering complexity
- Influence stakeholders across levels by building consensus through narratives, business cases, project updates, and recommendations; support partner technical initiatives including customer demos, proofs of value, training workshops, and mentoring on best practices
- Prototype rapidly, launch to real users, and iterate based on field feedback rather than assumptions
- Convert recurring questions and problems into documentation, tools, automation, and product feedback
You will sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and projects. This is not a management role—you will work directly on multiple demands while the company scales rapidly. You'll engage with C-level executives at major insurance companies and help rewrite operational standards using new technologies.
Requirements:
- Solid engineering fundamentals and proven track record of production software projects with real users and real risks (demonstrate what you've built)
- Ability to move from vague problems to functional prototypes without detailed specifications
- Systems thinking: you see flows, incentives, and failure points in processes
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with experience engaging C-level executives and analysts
- Availability for travel
Differentiators:
- Insurance sector knowledge
- Startup or fast-moving operational environment experience where priorities shifted and you delivered
- "AI-first" instinct: you reach for LLMs and automation before requesting headcount
- Technical English for international team conversations
- Entrepreneurial experience
