Sitetracker is seeking an AI Consultant to lead the development and scaling of their enterprise AI advisory practice. This is a billable, client-facing role that bridges the gap between complex AI capabilities and strategic business transformation.
You will engage directly with enterprise C-suite executives, translating AI concepts into clear ROI frameworks and guiding organizations through AI governance and risk management. Your primary deliverable is strategy—not code. You will design architecturally sound, tech-agnostic AI roadmaps that integrate with existing enterprise ecosystems, leveraging familiarity with platforms like Salesforce and Sitetracker.
Key responsibilities include:
- Auditing client data infrastructure to assess AI readiness, evaluating data pipelines, LLM selection, and integration viability
- Presenting directly to C-suite stakeholders to defend AI roadmaps, governance policies, and risk-mitigation strategies
- Translating technical AI concepts into financial ROI frameworks and business-value metrics
- Designing solutions that integrate with large, complex enterprise technology stacks
- Scoping Statements of Work accurately and managing client expectations in a billable, utilization-tracked environment
- Identifying and scoping follow-on projects to drive ongoing revenue streams
- Building reusable evaluation frameworks, guardrail patterns, and agent templates
Within 90 days, you will lead initial implementation of the "AI Strategy Assessment" framework for key enterprise clients and engage with multiple C-suite stakeholders. Within 180 days, you will drive consistent billable utilization and complete several comprehensive AI Strategy Assessments. Within 365 days, you will establish and scale the greenfield AI advisory practice, exceed professional services revenue targets, and mentor future team members.
Required experience includes a track record of shipping production AI agents with measurable outcomes, operating successfully in billable professional services or consulting environments, and demonstrating executive presence in complex governance and risk discussions.
