We are seeking an AI Automation QA Engineer to lead comprehensive testing of our web and mobile applications using AI-driven automation techniques. You will work in a fast-paced environment designing and implementing robust end-to-end regression test coverage, collaborating with developers, product managers, and UX designers to ensure an outstanding user experience across our integrated ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to derive comprehensive end-to-end regression test cases and test plans covering critical application behavior
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining AI-driven automated regression test coverage for web and mobile applications
- Contributing to evaluation coverage of internally developed models
- Developing an AI-driven automated testing strategy, leveraging agentic AI for rapid prompt-driven test generation and test healing
- Designing and developing automated data generation to support testing scenarios
- Working cross-functionally with developers, product, and design teams
This is a hybrid role based in our Menlo Park office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manual testing and AI-driven test automation in fast-paced enterprise or startup environments, with strong expertise in testing complex web and mobile applications and backend systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of QA engineering experience focused on test automation
- Experience testing both web UIs and mobile applications (iOS, Android, Flutter) for consumer-facing or high-scale applications
- Experience developing AI-driven regression automation using Claude or other recent LLMs
- Strong programming experience in Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Maestro, Appium, or Selenium
- Experience with SQL databases
- Experience with test data generation
- Experience testing REST API backends for consumer-facing or high-scale applications
- Experience with automated performance testing tools such as jMeter or Locust
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High-order analytical and critical thinking approach
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available
PLUS (not required):
- Experience building and maintaining evaluations for internal models
- Experience validating text and voice conversational agents via tools such as Cekura
- Domain experience in healthcare, biosensors, or related areas
