We are seeking an AI Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions that optimize Customer Success operations, enhance customer experience, and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI-driven automation strategies for Customer Success using generative AI and process automation tools
- Develop and maintain conversational chatbots across WhatsApp, web pages, self-service portals, and internal channels
- Design, develop, and deploy voicebots for automated support and customer service
- Build multi-agent conversational architectures with specialized roles, coordination mechanisms, and intelligent handoffs
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions for intelligent enterprise information retrieval
- Design semantic chunking and knowledge base management processes
- Create complex automations using N8N, Power Automate, custom workflows, and REST API integrations
- Automate operational and executive reporting with AI-powered trend analysis, anomaly detection, insight generation, and actionable recommendations
- Implement monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement mechanisms for conversational agents
- Define metrics and KPIs to measure automation and AI solution performance
- Document architectures, workflows, integrations, and best practices
- Train and support Customer Success teams in adopting new solutions
Required Experience:
- 3–5+ years in process automation and AI-based solution development
- Proven experience building chatbots (WhatsApp, web), voicebots, and enterprise virtual assistants
- Multi-agent architecture design and implementation
- Hands-on N8N and Power Automate automation experience
- REST API integration expertise
- RAG pipeline development and knowledge management
- AI-driven report automation
- Working with LLMs and AI providers
Desirable Technical Skills:

- SaaS system integration and complex workflow design
- Prompt engineering and RAG architectures
- Semantic chunking, embeddings, and vector databases
