Maisa is an agentic process automation platform that helps enterprises automate complex, decision-heavy processes using AI while maintaining reliability, auditability, and control. As an AI Automation Consultant on the Client Services team, you will be responsible for implementing and deploying Digital Workers in Maisa Studio. Working closely with Solutions Architects, you'll take technical specifications and bring them to life through hands-on configuration, testing, and deployment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and configuring Digital Worker implementations in Maisa Studio based on technical specifications
- Configuring integrations including APIs, connectors, and data flows
- Identifying and escalating specification gaps or feasibility issues early in the process
- Owning user acceptance testing (UAT) with production data, documenting results and resolving defects
- Certifying that Digital Workers meet defined KPIs and success criteria before go-live
- Managing go-live deployments following established procedures
- Handing over complete documentation to operations teams, including configuration details, limitations, runbooks, and support notes
- Collaborating with Solutions Architects and engineering teams to share learnings and support colleagues
You should bring demonstrable experience in automation development, low-code/no-code platforms, or technical implementation roles. Hands-on API and integration experience in delivery contexts is essential. You must be able to learn new platforms quickly and ship reliably under pressure. Strong attention to detail in configuration, testing, and documentation is critical. Practical experience applying AI beyond basic prompting is required. Professional fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field is expected.
