Maisa AI is seeking an AI Automation Consultant to join the Client Services team. You will implement and deploy Digital Workers using Maisa Studio, an agentic process automation platform that helps enterprises automate complex, decision-heavy processes with reliability and auditability.
In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of Digital Worker implementations: taking solution designs from Solutions Architects and bringing them to production. You'll configure Digital Workers in Maisa Studio, implement integrations with APIs and connectors, and manage data flows according to technical specifications. You'll raise specification gaps or feasibility issues early, ensuring clear communication with architects and stakeholders.
You will own user acceptance testing (UAT) with production data, documenting results and resolving defects. You'll certify that Digital Workers meet defined KPIs and success criteria before go-live. During deployment, you'll manage go-live procedures and hand over complete documentation to operations teams, including configuration details, known limitations, runbooks, and support notes.
Collaboration is central to the role. You'll partner closely with Solutions Architects, ask clarifying questions, challenge assumptions, and flag risks early. You'll provide effort estimates to support scoping and delivery planning, share reusable configurations and lessons learned with the engineering team, and support colleagues when they encounter blockers.
You bring demonstrable experience in automation development, low-code/no-code platforms, or technical implementation roles. You have hands-on experience with APIs and integrations in delivery contexts and can learn new platforms quickly, with evidence of working across multiple tools. You ship reliably under pressure without sacrificing quality, are pragmatic rather than perfectionist, and pay strong attention to detail in configuration, testing, and documentation. You have practical experience applying AI beyond prompting ChatGPT. You are professionally fluent in Spanish and English and hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
