Sedric.ai is an AI compliance platform for financial services that automates oversight across customer communications and marketing. The company uses agentic AI to provide real-time guardrails on calls, pre-approval review on marketing assets, and post-publication monitoring across partners and channels. Each customer receives a dedicated compliance model, improving accuracy and reducing false positives while enabling compliance teams to work faster.
As AI Architect, you will design the foundational architecture that enables AI to run compliance at scale across the organization. Currently, AI initiatives are distributed across teams making local decisions without a unified reference point. This role consolidates that ownership and establishes a shared architectural framework that all AI initiatives build upon.
You will be responsible for:
- Designing and owning the core AI architecture that supports the compliance platform
- Establishing a unified LLM strategy across the organization
- Building scalable systems that support enterprise financial services clients
- Shaping the product roadmap through architectural decisions
- Working closely with the AI Team Lead and cross-functional teams
- Guiding R&D initiatives to move with business urgency
The role is hands-on, requiring deep technical involvement in architecture design and implementation. You'll work with retrieval pipelines, agentic AI systems, and compliance-specific AI flows. This is a senior individual contributor role that influences company direction through architectural leadership without formal people management responsibilities.
