Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations Cloud, a platform enabling organizations to harness IoT data for actionable insights across physical operations including agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing.
As AI Architect for GTM Systems, you will define the technical vision for how Samsara's go-to-market technology organization builds AI-powered automation. This is a senior individual contributor role with organization-wide scope. You won't just advise—you'll architect, prototype, and establish the patterns that the entire GTM engineering team builds against.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting technical direction for AI-powered GTM automation, from low-code platforms (Workato, Salesforce Flow) to custom agentic pipelines (LangGraph)
- Defining when to use low-code tools versus custom AI agents and how to connect them into coherent, governed, enterprise-grade systems
- Partnering with GTM engineering leadership, Sales Ops, BizTech, and C-level stakeholders to translate strategic ambitions into architectural blueprints
- Shaping standards, reference architectures, and evaluation frameworks for GTM systems
- Architecting solutions that span low-code automation, custom AI agents, and enterprise integration
- Communicating architectural vision to both business executives and engineering teams
You should have deep technical expertise in AI/ML systems, enterprise integration patterns, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate sees every GTM business problem as an architecture problem and can prototype solutions in LangGraph while presenting vision to VP-level stakeholders.
This is a remote role open to US candidates, excluding San Francisco and New York. No relocation assistance provided.
