As an Agentic AI Engineer, you will automate engineering workflows and build new capabilities through AI agents. You'll improve how engineers access and act on their data by chaining together tools of varying fidelity—from empirical methods and low-order models to high-fidelity solvers—into automated flows that carry designs through analysis, build, and back into the next iteration.
You will own agent pipelines end-to-end: orchestration logic, tool and data integrations, evaluation harnesses, and guardrails. A significant portion of the work involves integrating agents with legacy engineering software designed for human operators rather than programmatic control. You'll also use agents to build new tools as programs evolve and requirements change, standing up capability on program timelines rather than waiting for software release cycles.
The role emphasizes engineering-first principles and unlocking capability through machine learning. You'll work with a team building scalable agent pipelines and tooling across design, analysis, test, and program execution. Defense experience is not required; the company seeks engineers who came to machine learning through the problems they were already solving.
