SimilarWeb is building AI Studio, a new AI platform that provides users with instant answers to complex market research questions, generates reports, and creates interactive dashboards. As an Agent Platform Engineer, you will be a key player in this initiative.
You will design and develop LLM-based intelligent agents capable of handling complex market research queries. Using LangGraph and similar frameworks, you'll create state-of-the-art AI agents that integrate various tools and data sources. You'll implement integrations allowing agents to take automated actions on behalf of users, streamlining workflows and reducing overhead.
You'll collaborate closely with product, data, and UX teams to ensure AI solutions align with user needs and business goals. You'll continuously evaluate and improve the performance of AI models to ensure high-quality, data-driven results.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python proficiency
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks for building AI agents
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agent architectures
- Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating external data sources
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Familiarity with the AI Agents ecosystem, including different LLM providers, vector store solutions, MCPs
- Experience evaluating LLM performance and quality
- Familiarity with cloud environments, especially AWS
