Hippocratic AI is seeking an Agent Deployment Architect to serve as a technical and strategic partner in deploying its healthcare-focused LLM platform across payor, provider, and digital health organizations. This role bridges engineering and client implementation, requiring deep expertise in healthcare system integrations and data interoperability standards.
You will own the end-to-end technical deployment lifecycle, from onboarding and configuration through validation and troubleshooting. Key responsibilities include serving as technical lead on client engagements, acting as the bridge between Hippocratic's engineering team and client stakeholders, rapidly prototyping integrations and building internal tooling to meet specific client needs, and partnering cross-functionally with product and clinical teams to surface insights that inform the product roadmap.
The role demands 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical deployments or implementation engineering, with deep knowledge of healthcare systems (EHRs like Epic, Cerner, Athena), healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7v2), and complex health system environments. You'll need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, excellent communication skills to translate technical requirements across diverse stakeholders, and ability to meet healthcare facility credentialing requirements including drug screening and vaccination verification.
Nice-to-have skills include Python proficiency, familiarity with cloud platforms and APIs, secure data practices, and startup experience. The position is based in Tampa Bay, FL, with five days per week onsite at the client location and occasional travel to Hippocratic's Palo Alto headquarters for strategic planning and team sessions.
