Hippocratic AI is seeking an Agent Deployment Architect to lead technical implementations of its healthcare-focused LLM platform across payor, provider, and digital health organizations. This role bridges engineering and client success, requiring deep expertise in healthcare system integrations and data interoperability standards.
You will own the end-to-end technical deployment lifecycle—from onboarding and configuration through validation and troubleshooting—for high-impact healthcare implementations. Acting as a technical lead on client engagements, you'll guide solution customization, rapidly prototype integrations, build internal tooling, and configure systems to meet specific client needs. You'll serve as the primary technical liaison between Hippocratic AI's engineering, product, clinical, and business teams and client stakeholders, translating complex technical requirements across diverse audiences.
The role is based onsite in Orange, CA, with five days per week at the client site and occasional travel to Palo Alto headquarters for strategic planning and team alignment. You'll partner cross-functionally to surface deployment insights that inform product roadmap decisions.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles, implementation engineering, or solution deployment; deep experience integrating with healthcare systems (Epic, Cerner, Athena, CRMs, population health platforms); strong knowledge of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7v2); and proven ability to work in complex health system, payor, or digital health environments. Excellent communication skills and ability to satisfy client-specific credentialing requirements (drug screening, vaccinations/immunizations) are essential.
Nice-to-have skills include strong Python proficiency, familiarity with cloud platforms and APIs, secure data practices, and startup experience with comfort for ambiguity and velocity.
