Hippocratic AI is seeking an Agent Deployment Architect to lead technical implementations of its healthcare-focused LLM platform across payor, provider, and digital health organizations. You will serve as the primary technical and strategic partner on client engagements, owning the full deployment lifecycle from onboarding through validation and troubleshooting.
Key responsibilities include acting as a bridge between Hippocratic's engineering teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth, safe implementations of the Polaris LLM constellation in complex healthcare environments. You'll rapidly prototype integrations, build internal tooling, and configure systems to meet specific client needs while maintaining the platform's 99.9% accuracy standard. You'll partner cross-functionally with product and clinical teams to surface deployment insights that inform the product roadmap.
The role requires deep expertise in healthcare system integrations, particularly with EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Athena), CRMs, and population health platforms. You must have strong knowledge of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7v2) and interoperability practices. This is a hands-on technical role requiring 5+ years of customer-facing deployment or implementation engineering experience, ideally within health systems, payors, or digital health companies.
You'll be based in Columbus, OH, working five days per week at client sites with occasional travel to Hippocratic's Palo Alto headquarters for strategic planning. The role requires ability to meet healthcare facility credentialing requirements including background checks and vaccination verification. Python scripting skills, cloud platform familiarity, and startup experience are valued. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
