Granola is a fast-growing AI notepad platform for professionals in back-to-back meetings. We're seeking a hands-on Affiliate and Influencer Marketer to scale our partnership programmes across evergreen and launch campaigns.
You'll sit at the intersection of branding and growth, owning creator relationships and ensuring authentic, high-performing partnerships. This is an individual contributor role with significant autonomy and business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow a large portfolio of key creator accounts (sponsored, affiliates, or hybrid models), maintaining regular contact to increase Granola's presence across their channels
- Manage newsletter sponsorships end-to-end: partner onboarding, booking, live-date tracking, invoicing, and performance reporting
- Source and onboard creators for authentic collaborations, developing creative briefs and demos that drive user acquisition
- Run YouTube collaboration campaigns with creators to meet internal priorities through integrations, dedicated videos, and editorial projects
- Draft launch announcements and evergreen copy for newsletter creatives; collaborate with design and copywriting teams on ad assets
- Measure impact of partnerships on key metrics (e.g., LLM citations via YouTube and listicle sponsorships)
- Serve as point of contact for affiliate and creator portfolios, building win-win deals and generating authentic content
You'll work primarily in our London office on a fast-growing AI company with significant growth trajectory.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in influencer or affiliate marketing (brand-side or agency-side), with examples of significant creator collaborations that drove tangible business impact
- Proven track record managing large portfolios of accounts and building systems to support hundreds of vendor relationships and deals simultaneously without sacrificing quality
- Experience at a startup or scale-up, preferably in tech, AI, or B2B SaaS; understanding of enterprise and self-serve ICPs
- High agency and business acumen; ability to autonomously allocate budget, negotiate with creators, and resolve at-risk collaborations
- AI-native mindset with judgment about when to apply AI versus when it's overkill
- Exceptional prioritization skills; ability to identify high-impact work and decline busy work
- Deep interest and proactive knowledge of the creator economy and brand partnerships; awareness that playbooks constantly evolve
- "Chronically online" with existing or easily-built relationships with creators, publishers, and key opinion leaders; bonus for pre-existing relationships
- Creative eye for selecting creators with tasteful editorial lines; ability to scout partners through both data and instinct, identifying those who build trust and influence
