Serval is an AI-native automation platform that builds intelligent agents to transform enterprise operations. Founded in early 2024 and backed by Sequoia Capital, Redpoint Ventures, and other leading investors, Serval is trusted by companies like Fox, Notion, Perplexity, Vercel, and Brex. You will lead a center of excellence focused on making sales account executives dramatically more productive—not incrementally, but by an order of magnitude. This hybrid role combines product management, GTM engineering, and revenue operations. Your mission is to identify best practices from top performers, convert them into scalable automated workflows, and deploy them across the sales organization. Key responsibilities include: • Study how top AEs spend their time and identify the specific behaviors, sequences, and habits that drive outperformance. Partner with Sales Enablement and RevOps to distinguish teachable skills from productizable workflows. • Audit where AE hours go and ruthlessly eliminate low-value work. Treat every recurring manual task as a candidate for automation, elimination, or reassignment. • Build automations using Serval's own product and other AI tooling to streamline account research, outreach, deal execution, data entry, follow-up, and CRM hygiene. Develop rep-facing tools that help AEs manage their own book independently. • Design sequences and AI messaging prompts that make pipeline generation repeatable and low-friction. Ship fast, measure adoption, and kill what doesn't get used. • Identify friction points in existing tools and systems. Develop requirements for AE workflows across the tech stack and be the voice representing the AE's daily experience in tooling decisions. You will collaborate closely with Sales leadership, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Business Systems Engineering, and RevOps. The north star is increasing ARR per AE. Required: 5–8+ years in GTM engineering, revenue operations, sales productivity, or product management with real depth in at least one area. You must have hands-on experience shipping automations, internal tools, or workflows that people actually used. Fluency with modern GTM and AI tooling (sales engagement platforms, data enrichment, workflow automation, AI prompting) is essential. Strong product instincts, analytical skills, and the ability to operate cross-functionally without turf-fighting are critical. You must be comfortable with ambiguity and have a bias to build. Bonus: experience at a company that sold automation or AI tooling, or that ran its own product internally as proof. Full-time, onsite five days per week in San Francisco.
