As an Advisory team member based in Tokyo, you will manage major partnerships with top-tier financial services firms and help them develop and implement AI strategies. Your responsibilities include building and executing partnership strategies, managing the full partnership lifecycle from onboarding through expansion and renewal, and serving as the voice of the customer to understand explicit and implicit business needs.
You will work cross-functionally with GTM, Product, and Engineering teams to develop joint solutions, ensure clear communication of Rogo's value, and deliver multi-million dollar contracts. Key duties include training partner teams, setting up joint operations, establishing KPIs and reporting frameworks, and building lasting relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations. You'll work hands-on with users to ensure exceptional experiences and help shape AI strategy for major financial services firms operating in a $1T+ industry.
The role requires 4+ years of front office finance experience and professional fluency in both Japanese and English. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, action-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity. Experience at hyper-growth startups and knowledge of LLMs is a plus. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment, are ambitious and curious about AI and technology, and take ownership of complex problems with a collaborative mindset.
