Diligent is seeking an Advisory Specialist to deliver governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions to enterprise clients. In this role, you will be the expert on Diligent's Operational Risk Management platform, working closely with customers to implement solutions that address their compliance, vendor management, information security, and risk management needs.
You will be responsible for executing high-quality service delivery, collaborating with Customer Success Managers and implementation teams to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and routed to the correct internal teams. You'll document standard operating procedures, provide technical guidance to customers on leveraging the platform, and maintain strong relationships with global teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in a client-facing or consulting role, with a strong passion for compliance, vendor management, information security, or risk management. You should be comfortable engaging with customer personnel at various levels to understand their requirements and propose solutions. Strong communication skills, time management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience with GRC tools, analytics platforms, or SaaS products is a plus. An undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Compliance Management, Legal & Ethics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Security, or MIS is preferred.
