ServiceNow is seeking an Advisory Solution Consultant to support Partner Sales for Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX solutions. This is a hands-on technical consulting role focused on driving revenue for assigned products through solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles.
In this role, you will:
- Develop, position, and deliver product-specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory
- Support product sales as a technical and domain expert on a client-facing sales team
- Lead discovery workshops to understand customer challenges and deliver product demonstrations that align solutions with customer needs
- Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues
- Provide feedback to product management on enhancements that address customer needs and create additional value
- Share and learn best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance team quality and efficiency
- Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation
- Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows
- Manage territory pipeline and work collaboratively with Sales counterparts to guide execution excellence
- Travel as necessary
Requirements:
- 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (including AI-powered tools, workflow automation, AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact)
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
- Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services
- Territory management skills, including pipeline building and execution excellence
- Willingness to travel as necessary
