In this Advisory role reporting directly to founders, you will manage major partnerships with the world's largest financial institutions and help them develop and implement AI strategies. You will own the complete partnership lifecycle—from initial engagement through expansion and renewal—while serving as the voice of the customer to understand explicit and implicit business needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and executing partnership strategies: training client teams, setting up joint operations, and maintaining alignment
- Managing the full partnership lifecycle from onboarding through expansion and renewal
- Leveraging deep financial services domain knowledge to develop joint solutions and communicate Rogo's value
- Collaborating with engineering, product, and GTM teams to deliver solutions
- Establishing KPIs and measurement frameworks for partnership success
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations
- Landing multi-million dollar contracts and steering generative AI strategy for major financial services firms
- Working hands-on with users to ensure exceptional experiences
- Identifying and tackling unsolved product and engineering problems related to LLMs in production
You will directly impact how work gets done across a $1T+ industry.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years experience in a front office finance position, specifically sales & trading
- Outstanding project management and communication skills; extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Action-oriented mindset that balances creative problem-solving with scrappiness to deliver results
