Diligent is seeking an experienced Advisory & Consulting Manager to join its Professional Services team, leading customer adoption and implementation projects for Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions. This is a hands-on management role focused on driving successful SaaS implementation delivery, client onboarding, and consulting engagements that deliver measurable value. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end implementation projects from kick-off through go-live, ensuring on-time and on-scope delivery. You will manage project portfolios, including time and scope capture, project financials, team utilization, and resource allocation. The role requires proactive RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management, maintaining clear logs and driving mitigation plans while escalating decisions early to keep delivery on track. You will translate client goals and current processes into clear solution designs and implementation plans that drive tangible governance, risk and compliance outcomes. Stakeholder management is critical—you'll own project communication, provide status updates, manage expectations, and ensure issues are quickly identified and resolved. You'll also facilitate engaging client workshops and training sessions to build user confidence and support successful adoption. Additional responsibilities include monitoring project health diagnostics and proactively responding to delivery drift by identifying early warning signs across scope, timeline, budget, resourcing, and customer adoption. You will provide coaching and mentoring to Senior Specialists and Specialists on project management, delivery excellence, and customer enablement. The role also involves identifying opportunities to expand Diligent's product footprint with existing and new customers, and capturing lessons learned to continuously improve delivery approaches. Candidates must have 3–5 years of experience in project management, implementation delivery, or operations-focused roles, with strong business acumen and the ability to help customers achieve meaningful business outcomes. Experience working with technology platforms and complex business processes is essential, along with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach. Experience leveraging AI to improve project delivery, workflows, and operational efficiency is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory. Behavioral skills include demonstrated success in operational execution and delivery management, with the ability to independently lead and manage hands-on projects from initiation through completion. Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence leading client workshops, training sessions, and implementation projects are critical. Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills are needed to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications include experience with GRC, board or entity management platforms, and working with global clients and distributed, matrixed teams. The role is open to candidates based in Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. Candidates in office locations are expected to work from the office at least 50% of the time under a hybrid working policy. Remote working arrangements will be considered for candidates based elsewhere within these countries where the company does not have an office. Visa sponsorship is not available; applicants must already have the legal right to work in their country of residence.
