ElevenLabs is a $22B AI research and product company that has raised $781M in funding from top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth, and Sequoia. The company transforms how we interact with technology through human-like AI voice models and has expanded into three main platforms: ElevenAgents (for deploying voice and chat agents at scale), ElevenCreative (for generating and editing speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages), and ElevenAPI (providing developers access to leading AI audio foundational models). The company serves millions of users and thousands of businesses, from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta.
This is a brand-new Adoption Strategist role sitting at the intersection of adoption, enablement, scaled programs, and product expertise. You will design and run programs—onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, adoption playbooks—that drive corporate and mid-market customers to activate their core use case and expand into new ones. All programs must scale across a high-volume book rather than be custom to individual accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable enablement and activation programs that educate customers on best practices and accelerate time-to-value on core use cases
- Develop deep product expertise across the entire ElevenLabs platform, with focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative; be the most credible voice on how to use the product well
- Proactively audit customers' agent prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps and share recommendations as a value-add service
- Track and drive key adoption metrics (both leading and lagging), partner with Revenue Operations to iterate on reporting, and develop data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks
- Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption campaigns, including regional live workshops and webinars based on opportunities or new product releases
- Engage with external implementation partners and internal teams (Solutions Engineering, GTM, Customer Experience, Product Marketing, Engineering) to unify adoption strategy across the customer journey
- Partner with leadership on high-impact initiatives supporting the local GTM team and global results
The role is positioned for someone extremely analytical, comfortable running live enablement at scale, and already advanced with AI tools to automate systems. Since this is a new role, the scope is expected to evolve; adaptability and excitement about building are core to success.
ElevenLabs operates with a high-velocity, impact-driven culture emphasizing rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, minimal bureaucracy, and AI-first thinking. The company prioritizes talent over location and offers professional development stipends, annual social travel stipends, co-working stipends for those not near main hubs, and annual company offsites.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth, or similar role at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large, low-touch book
- Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
- Track record of building adoption-focused programs from the ground up: onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self-serve content, and similar initiatives
- Systems thinker with creativity: constantly asking "how do we scale or automate this," with AI tool automation ingrained in your workflow
- Extremely analytical: identify trends easily, use them to close gaps and surface opportunities, standardize best practices, and identify data points not yet tracked that would uncover new insights and change strategy
- Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority, working effectively with Account Management, FDE, RevOps, and GTM
- Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale in mid-market or commercial segments
- Proficiency in English (language requirement)
