The Admin Services commercial team drives adoption and usage of essential products for small business owners, including accounting packages, invoicing, expense management, payroll, and company formation services. These are primarily sold on a subscription basis, providing consistent revenue streams. As Senior Country Commercial Manager, you will drive revenue growth from Invoicing and Expense Management products and lead the go-to-market strategy for the Accountant segment. You'll sit at the heart of Tide's commercial function, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Finance, Business Insights, CRM, and Operations to translate member and commercial insights into product enhancements, positioning, and engagement strategies. Key responsibilities include: - Revenue Ownership & Forecasting: Partner with Finance to set, track, and refine financial projections for Invoicing, Expense Management, and Accountants, ensuring accountability and proactive risk/opportunity identification. - Analytics-Driven Insights: Analyze member behavior, segment audiences, and measure subscription cohort performance with BI team support. Translate data into recommendations shaping product prioritization, pricing, positioning, and communications. - Product Development: Leverage commercial and analytics insights to partner with Product teams on opportunities, including shaping positioning, product-led growth strategies, roadmap alignment, and supporting launches with tailored GTM strategies. - Launch Strategy: Support new feature launches across channels, partnering with sales and operations teams to deliver experiments and facilitate brainstorming sessions for creative implementation plans. - Stakeholder Management: Communicate regularly with a wide range of stakeholders including Senior Leadership and C-Suite on strategy, progress, and opportunities. - Commercial & Competitor Intelligence: Lead ongoing research and competitive analysis to monitor trends and benchmark against competitors, translating insights into actionable strategies that strengthen Tide's positioning. This role requires relentless focus on numbers and members, product prioritization, detailed planning, excellent organization and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and geographies.
