The ADM Support team handles all client inquiries related to Addepar's Alternatives Data Management (ADM) solution post-implementation. As an ADM Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting sophisticated investors worldwide, answering questions and resolving issues related to their alternative investment data on the Addepar platform. You will ensure clients get maximum value from each interaction by providing accurate, timely guidance across the full scope of ADM functionality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify, respond to, and resolve issues and questions raised by ADM clients with timely and accurate support
- Work in complex alternative investment data sets to identify and resolve data and calculation discrepancies
- Evaluate the criticality of client issues and collaborate with internal ADM teams (Collections, Operations) to drive resolution
- Conduct root-cause analysis in partnership with Engineering and Data teams
- Help clients leverage the ADM platform through both functional and conceptual instruction
- Prioritize and context-switch effectively to execute on simultaneous cases
- Contribute to improving team processes and documentation as the team scales
- Develop deep expertise in Addepar's ADM solution and the alternative investments landscape
The working schedule for this position is 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, US business days. Legal authorization to work in India is required on the first day of employment; visa sponsorship is not available.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role, ideally within financial services or investment management
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in mathematics and comfort working with complex data sets
- Passion for problem-solving and continuous learning
- Passion for technology and finance
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in investment management, particularly alternative investments
- Familiarity with alternative investment data and its operational nuances
- Experience using or supporting the Addepar platform
