Salary: EUR 110,000 - 220,000 / annual

In this Account Partner role for Veeva Development Cloud, you will represent the Vault Development Cloud and Quality Solutions (Clinical, Quality, and Safety) to selected Pharma and Biotech companies across France and Benelux. You will manage and expand relationships with key stakeholders across business, IT, and C-level executives, develop and implement account vision and strategy, and serve as the customer advocate within Veeva.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and extending relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C-level
- Developing and implementing account vision, strategy, and ways of working
- Serving as the custodian for customers within Veeva, focusing on their needs
- Managing complex sales cycles and utilizing internal and external resources
- Staying current with industry trends and engaging customers on business challenges
- Acting with urgency, integrity, and customer focus
- Meeting and exceeding pipeline generation and revenue targets
This is a people-management role with accountability for account strategy and team coordination across a defined territory.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of combined experience in sales and/or consulting, with minimum 3 years in life sciences
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Consultative sales experience with life sciences software solutions
- Strategic account planning and execution skills
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work with a wide range of customers from end users to C-level
- Highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision
- Passion for solving customer business problems
- Business proficiency in English and French

- Understanding of R&D software solutions, particularly Clinical, Quality, and Safety
- Experience selling to R&D teams and executive leadership
