Salary: EUR 60,000 - 65,000 / annual

Already profitable, Fresha operates globally across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, serving over 130,000 beauty and wellness businesses in 120 countries with 1.5+ billion appointments booked to date.
You will join the Paris office (WeWork, 92 Av. des Champs-Élysées) as an Account Manager responsible for a portfolio of Fresha partners. This role combines portfolio management, commercial advisory, revenue development, and partner relationship management with significant autonomy and a performance-driven approach.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning revenue growth and monetization targets for your partner portfolio, actively supporting their adoption and value realization from the Fresha platform
- Presenting, explaining, and promoting Fresha solutions to drive product adoption and maximize partner value
- Identifying upsell, cross-sell, and growth opportunities within your portfolio and recommending tailored solutions
- Serving as the primary commercial contact for partners, guiding them through their Fresha journey
- Understanding partner needs, challenges, and objectives to provide strategic product and solution recommendations
- Building strong, lasting relationships through regular touchpoints including video calls and effective communication of Fresha features and benefits
- Tracking commercial KPIs, analyzing portfolio performance, and implementing actions to achieve and exceed growth and monetization targets
- Leveraging data to identify growth opportunities, understand performance trends, and improve commercial results
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure smooth partner transitions and onboarding
- Gathering and escalating partner feedback to Product teams to drive continuous improvement
The global sales team achieved 110% of objectives in 2026, demonstrating strong performance culture.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Commercial Customer Success, Business Development, or Sales with demonstrated achievement of targets
- Business orientation: ability to identify and convert upsell, cross-sell, and growth opportunities
- Comfort with KPIs, commercial data, and portfolio management
- Client-focused approach: listening skills, advisory mindset, ability to understand needs and build lasting relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both French and professional English
- Proactive, autonomous mindset with ability to take initiative in a high-growth environment
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
