AI Clearing is a global provider of an AI-powered platform dedicated to the infrastructure construction industry. Headquartered in Austin, Texas and founded in 2020, the company delivers the only computer vision foundational model and agentic platform built specifically for construction, partnering with general contractors and asset owners to improve productivity and profitability.
The Account Manager Nordics is a full-time, hybrid role based in Warsaw responsible for managing and growing relationships with customers and prospects across the Nordic infrastructure and energy markets. The role combines office collaboration with flexible work-from-home arrangements.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Developing account plans and leading customer meetings and demos
- Coordinating pilots and implementations of AI Clearing's platform
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Identifying new business opportunities and preparing proposals and commercial offers
- Negotiating contracts and collaborating closely with product, operations, and technical teams to align solutions with client needs
- Monitoring market trends and gathering customer feedback
- Representing AI Clearing at industry events and conferences in the Nordic region
- Traveling within the Nordic region as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or B2B sales within infrastructure, construction, renewable energy, or related technology sectors
- Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at multiple organizational levels
- Business development and commercial skills, including opportunity qualification, proposal preparation, and deal closing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is a strong advantage
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment from Warsaw and collaborate effectively with international, cross-functional teams
- Comfort working with AI, data, and technology platforms; familiarity with geospatial solutions, drones, or construction tech is a plus
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a structured approach to account planning, forecasting, and reporting
