Grey is a renowned creative agency (part of WPP and Ogilvy Group) seeking an Account Manager to join its Hamburg or Düsseldorf office. The role is central to daily project operations and client success. You will serve as the reliable interface between clients and internal teams (creative, strategy, production). Key responsibilities include: • Daily client management and project coordination: receiving briefs, scheduling meetings, coordinating timelines, and maintaining transparent communication on project status. • Account housekeeping (timings and budgeting): creating detailed project schedules, ensuring milestone adherence across disciplines, supporting cost estimation, monitoring project budgets, and preparing invoicing. • Interface and production management: coordinating internal workflows with creative, strategy, and production teams; overseeing digital assets, social media content, print and OOH materials; supporting film and photo shoots. • Quality control: reviewing layouts, final artwork, and assets against client briefs before presentation or delivery. • Creative support: preparing presentations, conducting competitive analysis, and establishing administrative foundations for successful campaigns. REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 4 years professional experience in account or project management at an advertising, digital, or creative agency. • Strong organizational and coordination skills; ability to manage multiple parallel tasks with attention to detail. • Foundational campaign asset creation knowledge (social media, digital, print). • Excellent communication; comfort with direct client contact, precise expression, and team collaboration. • Basic financial acumen: comfort with budgets, cost estimates, and project controlling. • Desired mindset traits: creative eye for good design, proactive and thorough execution, collaborative team player, adaptable to shifting project requirements.
