Grey, part of WPP Creative and the Ogilvy Group, is seeking an Account Manager to join their Düsseldorf or Hamburg office. Grey is a renowned creative agency known for "Famously Effective" work, serving major global brands including Procter & Gamble, Volvo, Haleon, Circle K, and Coca-Cola. In this role, you will be the driving force behind daily project organization and operations. You will serve as the reliable interface between clients and internal teams, coordinating projects from initial client inquiry through final delivery. Your responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring smooth information flow between clients, creative teams, and production, and learning directly from experienced Senior Account Managers and Account Directors.
Key responsibilities:
- Daily client management and project coordination: receive briefs, coordinate timings, organize meetings, and maintain transparent communication with clients on project status
- Account housekeeping (timings and budgeting): create detailed project schedules, ensure milestones are met across disciplines, support cost estimation, monitor project budgets, and prepare invoicing
- Interface and production management: coordinate internal workflows with creative, strategy, and production teams; oversee implementation of digital assets, social media content, print and OOH advertising materials; support film and photo shoots
- Quality control: review layouts, final artwork, and assets against client briefs before presentation or delivery
- Creative support: prepare presentations, conduct competitive analysis, and provide administrative foundation for successful campaigns

Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in account or project management at an advertising, digital, or creative agency
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple parallel tasks and attention to detail
- Campaign asset creation experience, particularly with social media, digital, and print
- Excellent communication skills with comfort in direct client contact, clear expression, and team collaboration
- Basic commercial understanding: comfort with numbers, cost estimates, and project controlling
- Desired mindset traits: creative eye for good design, proactive and thorough task execution, collaborative team approach, adaptability to new project requirements
