This Account Manager role is based in Dubai and focuses on the Middle East & Africa region. You will manage a dedicated portfolio of maritime accounts, driving revenue growth through retention and expansion while serving as a strategic partner to clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing an account portfolio across MEA to meet or exceed annual retention and expansion targets
- Proactively identifying, qualifying, and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding client workflows
- Serving as a strategic partner in demand forecasting, budgeting, multi-year account planning, and commercial reporting
- Capturing actionable product feedback and competitor intelligence from client interactions to inform regional strategy and product roadmaps
- Leading contract renewal negotiations to secure long-term, profitable agreements aligned with corporate policies
- Maintaining accurate account records, engagement logs, and sales forecasting in the CRM system
- Collaborating closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product teams to deliver exceptional value

Requirements:
Must-haves:
- At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in account management, sales, or commercial growth roles
- Proven background working within technology, SaaS, or data intelligence vendors
- Proven ability to build trusted client relationships, navigate commercial renewals, and close upsell deals
- Fluency in professional business English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Nice-to-haves:
- Prior knowledge or experience in maritime, shipping, or commodities markets
- Familiarity with modern commercial tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Conversational or professional fluency in Arabic or French
