As an Account Manager (Inbound), you will be the primary point of contact for customers submitting business loan applications through the platform. You'll work in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment focused on converting inbound leads into accepted loans. Key responsibilities include: - Building rapport with small business owners via phone and email to establish strong customer relationships - Educating customers on Funding Circle's lending products and the broader competitive lending landscape - Pitching Funding Circle's proposition against alternative funding options - Managing a high-volume pipeline and guiding customers through each stage of the application process - Owning monthly conversion targets and continuously refining your sales approach - Proactively identifying and mitigating risks, issues, or control weaknesses - Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Funding Circle products and partner lender offerings The role is based in London on a hybrid basis (2 days per week in office).
