Salary: CAD 182,000 - 202,000 / annual

Gorgias is building a unified AI agent platform for conversational commerce—enabling brands to sell, support, and re-engage customers through intelligent conversations. The Account Manager, Enterprise Expansion role is part of the Sales team and focuses on driving growth in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through renewals, cross-selling, and upselling to the existing customer base. You will manage a portfolio of approximately 120 enterprise-segment accounts, working closely with Customer Success Managers to drive growth, retention, and influence across the company's largest global customers. The scope is broad: you'll identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities, develop strategic account plans tailored to each customer's business objectives, and engage with executive-level stakeholders to foster advocacy and alignment. Key responsibilities include: - Driving account growth by identifying expansion opportunities and meeting revenue targets - Collaborating with CSMs to create tailored strategic plans leveraging customer insights - Building and nurturing relationships with C-level executives - Partnering with Customer Success, Product, and Legal teams to deliver seamless experiences - Documenting account activities and opportunities in the CRM to inform data-driven strategies - Conducting in-person client meetings (3-4 weeks per year) to deepen relationships and understand evolving needs You'll work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where AI is integrated into daily workflows. The role is hybrid with 6 weeks of full remote flexibility per year and is based in Toronto. REQUIREMENTS: - 3-4 years of experience managing and selling into mid-market SaaS accounts ($5M+ in GMV) - Proven track record driving growth through expansion across portfolios exceeding $1M ARR - Skilled at engaging and influencing C-level executives - Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret trends and identify opportunities - Strategic problem-solver who diagnoses pain points and develops tailored solutions - Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts into business value - Results-oriented with focus on achieving growth and retention goals - Highly organized; adept at managing multiple accounts and priorities - Proficient with CRM and reporting tools; strong aptitude for learning new technologies - Adaptable and resilient in dynamic environments
