As Account Manager, Corporate, you will be the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships that drive retention and growth. You'll manage a book of business focused on the Consulting vertical, handling inbound client queries, outbound engagement, relationship updates, and renewal discussions. Your key responsibilities include:
• Maximize retention rates across your book of business and identify revenue at risk to prevent churn
• Drive adoption of AlphaSense solutions into other business units within existing clients, uncovering expansion opportunities and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
• Forecast retention rates and collaborate with Account Executives to identify growth opportunities
• Conduct business reviews with key stakeholders and plan/execute new user onboarding and training initiatives
• Serve as boots on the ground within client organizations (floor walks, lunch and learns, etc.)
• Develop deep understanding of client business operations, roles, responsibilities, projects, and performance metrics to communicate effectively with users and decision-makers
• Cultivate relationships with users and key stakeholders, positioning AlphaSense as a business partner rather than a vendor
• Serve as advocate for AlphaSense internally and for clients externally
• Acquire value stories and product feedback from clients, circulating insights to product, marketing, and sales teams to inform business strategy

REQUIREMENTS:
• Business proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin and English (required to serve clients in the Chinese/Mandarin-speaking market)
• Minimum 2–4 years of account management experience
• Demonstrated success managing and growing relationships within Fortune 1000 clients
• Strong ability to develop instant rapport with new people and manage relationships at all levels
• Subject matter expertise in account management, including internal/external relationship management, business acumen, and commitment to effective processes
• Natural intellectual curiosity with ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Understanding of SaaS best practices for client engagement
• Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills; ability to distill complex issues into simple terms
• Ability to communicate effectively with analysts through C-level executives
• Demonstrated grit, work ethic, initiative, enthusiasm, and commitment to delivering results
