As Associate Director of Institutional Partnerships, you will lead the University Partnerships team in cultivating and expanding a network of institutional partners and high school counselors. You'll own core relationships with assigned college and university partners, driving enrollment growth while advancing partner objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the relationship and success of college/university partners by cultivating meaningful, trusting relationships with assigned segments
- Encourage partners to engage in enrollment initiatives (direct enrollment, co-led events, participant transfer logistics)
- Develop deep knowledge of each partner program and ensure meticulous implementation
- Manage initiative success by setting expectations, executing logistics, and advocating for partners internally
- Continuously identify ways to improve partner satisfaction and address unique institutional needs
- Collaborate with Marketing, Enrollment, and Tech teams to create personalized plans maximizing partner exposure
- Educate partners about Verto outcomes, new services, and initiatives ensuring strong ROI
- Resolve partner concerns promptly and improve internal processes
- Share best practices on leveraging partnerships to increase student enrollment
- Encourage adoption of defined best practices across assigned partners
Travel requirements: Ability to travel multiple times yearly to visit partner campuses. During Annual Strategic Planning Sessions (summer/fall), expect 2-3 partner visits per week with overnight stays. May participate in 1-2 international trips annually for program visits and company training.
This role requires strong relationship management, strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and deep understanding of higher education admissions and enrollment processes.
