Mia Labs is an AI-driven startup transforming dealership operations through conversational AI agents. The company serves major dealership groups, automating customer interactions and operational workflows to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. In this Account Manager role, you will own the full customer lifecycle for a book of business, from onboarding through renewal and expansion. You'll drive revenue growth by identifying upsell opportunities, managing software subscriptions, and ensuring customer success. Key responsibilities include: - End-to-end customer relationship management: onboarding, adoption, success, and renewals - Technical onboarding and configuration of workflows, call routing, and CRM integrations - Deep product expertise on system behavior, telephony, and automation workflows - Troubleshooting technical issues in partnership with engineering across integrations and configurations - Using dashboards, SQL, and analytics tools to understand customer performance and recommend improvements - Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Supporting feature launches, pilots, and customer feedback loops - Delivering training, documentation, and business reviews to drive adoption and ROI - Proactive identification and resolution of risks and friction points You'll work in a fast-moving startup environment with a hybrid schedule (3 days/week in downtown Austin). The role requires strong technical aptitude combined with exceptional client-facing skills and deep understanding of dealership operations. REQUIREMENTS: - 3–7 years in customer success, solutions engineering, or technical account management - Strong technical aptitude: comfortable with integrations, telephony systems, CRM data, and automation workflows - Deep understanding of car dealership operations and workflows - Proficiency in SQL and analytics tools; ability to interpret data and communicate actionable insights - Excellent communication skills with outstanding bedside manner and client-facing confidence - Organized, process-driven approach effective in fast-moving startup environments - Experience with dealership operations or automotive systems is a plus - Familiarity with conversational AI, LLMs, or automation technologies is a plus - Prior experience supporting AI or automation-driven products is a plus
