As an Account Manager based in Hanoi, you will drive growth of new and existing client relationships by developing and implementing solutions to their supply chain challenges. This is a key opportunity to expand Flexport's business in Vietnam. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and launch new solutions tailored to the needs of large, complex global freight forwarding clients - Accelerate growth across Flexport's service portfolio: Air, Ocean, Domestic and Cross-border Logistics, Trade Advisory, Customs, and PO Management - Partner with global teams in North America, Europe, and Asia to identify expansion opportunities with existing accounts - Work cross-functionally with Ocean/Air/Logistics Operations, Procurement, Implementation, Legal, Industry SMEs, and Trade and Financial Services teams to develop and execute client strategies - Build and maintain relationships with management-level contacts at major global brands - Stay informed on industry and supply chain developments; proactively educate and support clients through change - Travel to other provinces to visit clients and factories as needed Requirements: - 4+ years of client-facing experience with background in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain (strongly preferred) - Entrepreneurial mindset with proven track record of delivering innovation and driving results - Experience working in complex global team matrices to drive solutions on a global scale - Demonstrated ability to build client relationships locally and globally and leverage them to grow business partnerships - Strategic thinker and disciplined planner; able to operationalize strategic plans and stay well organized - Effective communication across all channels (written, verbal, phone, media) with strong English proficiency for aligning global stakeholders - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills - Highly collaborative with track record of building strong internal and external relationships - High integrity and ethics; values alignment with Flexport - "Compliance first" attitude appropriate for a heavily regulated industry - Willingness to travel to other provinces for client and factory visits
