Flagler Health is building a clinical operating system for modern musculoskeletal (MSK) care. The platform helps MSK provider groups and specialty clinics grow, operate more efficiently, and deliver better longitudinal care across patient acquisition, clinical workflows, and ongoing patient engagement. The company recently closed a $50M Series B and is entering its next growth phase. As Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of existing customer accounts and drive growth and retention. You will build trusted relationships with clinic and provider-group stakeholders, understand their business goals, and help them extract more value from the Flagler platform over time. You will identify expansion opportunities within accounts—from initial discovery through contract signature—and work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Revenue Operations to remove blockers and deliver on commitments. Key responsibilities include: managing a portfolio of accounts against growth and retention targets; building strong relationships with decision-makers and day-to-day users; learning each account's workflows and proactively surfacing expansion opportunities; preparing proposals, pricing models, and business cases that demonstrate value; leading regular account reviews and renewals; tracking account health and forecasting growth in the CRM; and managing multiple priorities without losing detail. The role is measured by account growth and retention metrics. REQUIREMENTS: - 5 to 7 years in account management, sales, or customer-facing revenue role, with a proven track record of growing existing accounts - Consistent track record of hitting growth or retention targets - Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills - Comfort with CRM and sales tooling, pipeline management, and data-driven account planning - Ability to manage a portfolio of accounts and priorities simultaneously PREFERRED: - Healthtech and enterprise experience - Experience expanding product adoption within existing customer accounts - Familiarity with revenue operations tooling and analytics
