This Account Manager role focuses on owning revenue outcomes across Aspire's most strategic accounts. You will serve as a commercial partner to high-value clients, driving expansion, deepening engagement, and protecting net revenue retention (NRR). The position is growth-driven, requiring leadership in renewal conversations, identification of upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and data-driven portfolio management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of high-value accounts with full accountability for renewals, retention, and net revenue expansion (upsell and cross-sell)
- Building and managing a proactive renewal and expansion pipeline to ensure predictable revenue growth and minimize churn
- Developing and executing strategic account plans tied directly to commercial targets, identifying opportunities to increase product adoption and wallet share
- Leading commercial conversations with clients, including renewal negotiations, pricing discussions, and expansion proposals
- Using data-driven insights to forecast portfolio performance, identify revenue risk, and protect and grow NRR
- Partnering with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to drive account strategy, ensure successful product rollouts, and unlock expansion opportunities
You will work closely with customer-facing teams within Aspire's Commercial tribe, which drives revenue growth across sales, account management, and partnership motions.
Requirements:
- 5–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar revenue-focused roles in fintech, banking, or SaaS
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and delivering measurable revenue, retention, or expansion results
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills, with ability to use data to identify revenue opportunities and predict risk
- Experience with data-centric or scaled CS motions focused on revenue efficiency (preferred)
- Prior exposure to automation and AI tools that improve renewal cycles, upsell targeting, or customer segmentation (preferred)
- Knowledge of fintech products, payments, or digital banking solutions (preferred)
- Proficiency in Mandarin (preferred)
- Strong grasp of artificial intelligence concepts and ability to apply AI tools (e.g., Claude, n8n) and frameworks to solve real-world problems (preferred)
