Salary: USD 50,000 - 60,000 / annual

As an Account Manager Associate at BOX, you will be part of the sales team managing brokerage partners and advisors. You will build strong relationships with partners, assisting them with pricing, contracting, and industry education. You will become an expert in the deregulated energy market, develop partnerships, and increase business revenue. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is a proactive initiator. Key responsibilities include: - Build and identify a high-performing broker portfolio through targeted outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, then onboard them effectively and support their long-term success - Own day-to-day management of broker accounts, ensuring all support, pricing, and deal-closing tasks are completed accurately and on time - Serve as the primary point of contact for partner brokers, providing proactive support, guidance, and expertise - Support the pricing and contracting process, helping brokers structure competitive deals and navigate supplier requirements - Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and professionalism - Develop deep understanding of suppliers, products, pricing structures, and broker operations - Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts, analyze trends, and contribute to revenue growth - Assist with special projects enhancing operational efficiency and partner experience - Maintain organized, detailed records tracking deal progress, broker activity, and account health - Become proficient with internal software tools and platforms - Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, pricing, and supplier partners - Participate in occasional travel, meetings, or hosted events to strengthen partner relationships - Grow your career in Account Management, gaining experience for advancement into senior roles Work-life balance: Hybrid model with in-office collaboration Monday–Wednesday and work-from-home flexibility Thursday–Friday. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) - 1+ year of experience in Sales Support, Account Management Support, Business Administration, or similar office-based role - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with strong administrative and follow-through skills - Positive, professional, and supportive attitude with ability to create encouraging environment for partners and peers - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence to interact effectively with brokers, suppliers, and internal teams - Strong relationship-building abilities capable of fostering trust, credibility, and long-term partnerships - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness in fast-paced environment - Quick learner with ability to adapt to new tools, processes, and evolving business needs - Sense of ownership and accountability, consistently ensuring assigned responsibilities are completed on time and to high standard - Comfortable working in small, collaborative team contributing to supportive and high-performance culture - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with ability to organize data, track activity, and support operational processes
