Hopper, a well-funded travel fintech platform, is seeking an Account Lead for its Fintech Team to drive the success of fintech solutions with airline partners in the Middle East region. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, product development, and partnership management, requiring you to work directly with airline stakeholders to ensure fintech products align with their business objectives.
Day-to-day responsibilities include building and managing strategic partnerships with airlines to understand their fintech needs and opportunities; leading the development and launch of new fintech products tailored to airline partners; optimizing existing solutions to maximize ancillary revenue; managing product implementations with diverse accounts including project management and stakeholder coordination; leveraging data and analytics to monitor performance and inform optimization decisions; collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams; and staying current with fintech and travel industry trends to identify innovation opportunities.
The ideal candidate brings strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels; ability to prototype and code workflows using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT); proven track record managing and growing strategic partnerships; excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience; creativity and strategic thinking for identifying opportunities in fintech and travel; strong project management and organizational abilities; familiarity with airline operations and revenue streams (preferred); and native Arabic fluency with strong English proficiency to communicate effectively with Middle East and North Africa partners.
