You will develop working knowledge of each firm and client's philanthropic goals, act as a subject matter expert, assist in business reviews to track platform usage and surface growth opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams on client onboarding.
Education & Market Development (20%) requires conducting engaging presentations, webinars, and training sessions on philanthropic giving vehicles for advisors, institutions, and nonprofit stakeholders. You will articulate the value of services across multiple use cases, develop familiarity with industry trends and competitive offerings, and represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.
