Doctolib is a healthtech platform dedicated to improving healthcare delivery by reducing administrative burden on healthcare professionals and enabling them to focus on patient care. This Account Executive role is based in Strasbourg and focuses on field-based sales and business development.
You will be responsible for direct field prospecting with healthcare practitioners in your territory, securing meetings at their offices, and presenting Doctolib's solutions. Your core responsibilities include:
• Field prospecting: Cold outreach and door-to-door visits to healthcare professionals to schedule consultations
• Sales: Understanding practitioner needs and closing deals by demonstrating how Doctolib solutions optimize practice management, increase visibility, free up medical time, and improve comfort
• Product training: Onboarding healthcare professionals to Doctolib solutions within their practices
• CRM management: Using Salesforce to plan territory visits and maintain administrative client records
You will manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through implementation and follow-up. The role is full-time, permanent (CDI), with a start date as soon as possible.
Compensation structure: Base salary plus exponential variable commission, paid monthly.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Prior field prospecting experience, specifically door-to-door sales
• Passion for sales and motivation by challenges
• Autonomy and ability to manage a complete sales cycle independently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Diploma from a business school, sales training program, or equivalent university degree (IUT/BTS/Commercial License)
