Salary: USD 70,000 - 110,000 / annual

Presence is the leading provider of teletherapy solutions for children with diverse needs, connecting speech-language pathologists, school psychologists, occupational therapists, and mental health specialists to K-12 school districts nationwide. With over 2,000 clinicians and 7 million teletherapy sessions delivered, the company is mission-driven to ensure every child has access to needed support. You will join as an Account Executive reporting to the VP of Revenue, responsible for a South Texas territory. This is a full-cycle sales role combining new customer acquisition with account management and expansion. You'll secure new district partnerships while managing and growing an assigned portfolio through consultative, value-based selling. Key responsibilities include: - Achieving quota through new bookings, renewals, and expansion revenue across your territory - Managing a portfolio of school district accounts for satisfaction, retention, and growth - Driving new customer acquisition via outbound prospecting, referrals, and inbound inquiries - Leading the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, consultative selling, presentations, proposals, negotiation, and contract execution - Developing customized solutions aligned to district needs in special education and mental health service delivery - Serving as trusted advisor and primary contact for stakeholders - Ensuring successful onboarding and implementation through cross-functional partnership - Managing escalations and coordinating internal resources - Preparing and delivering presentations to district leadership - Maintaining strong pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting in Salesforce - Monitoring account health, renewals, pipeline activity, and revenue growth - Staying informed on K-12 trends, funding changes, and competitive landscape - Traveling as needed to support customer engagement and business development The company operates as remote-first with core working hours Monday–Friday, 12–5 p.m. ET, and standard business hours 9 a.m.–6 p.m. in your local time zone. Travel is required (approximately 30–50%) for onsite meetings, conferences, and partner engagement. QUALIFICATIONS: - 3–5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience - Minimum 1+ year of K-12 experience, including selling into school districts and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles - Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets - Experience managing full sales cycles and growing both new and existing accounts - Strong outbound prospecting skills and disciplined pipeline management - Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes - Skilled negotiator with ability to handle objections and close effectively - Strong time management and ability to manage competing priorities - Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Edtech experience is a plus but not required
