You will own the full sales cycle for new hotel and hospitality clients in the LATAM region, from prospecting through close. This is a quota-carrying hunter role where you build your own pipeline and drive net-new revenue. You will maintain 3x pipeline coverage, forecast accurately, and take full accountability for hitting your number.
Key responsibilities include: sourcing a meaningful portion of your own pipeline through outbound sequences, ICP targeting, Lighthouse Connect events, and industry conferences (this is not SDR-reliant); running a disciplined sales process using MEDDPICC qualification; leveraging AI-powered Enablement, Pre-Sales, and Coaching agents to prep for calls, identify gaps, and surface pipeline patterns; becoming a hospitality expert in pricing, distribution, and business intelligence challenges; identifying expansion and upgrade opportunities within accounts; and representing Lighthouse at industry events.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–4 years in a closing sales role (SaaS experience required)
- Self-directed, coachable, and driven to continuously improve
- Comfortable adopting AI tools as a core part of selling motion
- Experience with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks preferred but not required
- Strong business acumen; ability to sell on value and engage stakeholders from GMs to C-suite
- Hunger and discipline matter more than industry tenure; diverse backgrounds and non-traditional experience encouraged
