Lighthouse is an AI-powered commercial strategy platform for hospitality, serving tens of thousands of hotels across 185 countries, including all top 15 global chains. The company has raised $370M in Series C funding and generates over $100M in ARR, with 850+ employees across 35 countries.
You will own the full sales cycle for prospective clients in the LATAM region, from prospecting through close. This is a hunter role with quota accountability and full ownership of territory and pipeline generation. You will build and execute a strategic territory plan, maintain 3x pipeline coverage, and take full accountability for results.
Key responsibilities include: sourcing a meaningful share of your own pipeline through outbound sequences, ICP targeting, Lighthouse Connect events, and industry conferences (this is not an SDR-reliant role); running a disciplined sales process using MEDDPICC qualification framework; leveraging AI-powered tools (Enablement Agent, Pre-Sales Agent, Coaching Agent) to enhance productivity and focus on relationship-building and deal closure; becoming a hospitality expert in commercial challenges around pricing, distribution, and business intelligence; positioning Lighthouse's integrated platform as a replacement for fragmented point tools; and identifying expansion and upgrade opportunities within accounts.
You will join a global Revenue team of 150+ sales professionals across 24 countries in a collaborative, high-energy environment with real opportunities for career growth. The role emphasizes using AI as a force multiplier while maintaining discipline in sales execution and value-based ROI conversations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–4 years in a closing sales role; SaaS experience is required, but hunger and skill matter more than industry tenure
- Self-directed, coachable, and driven to continuously improve; you seek feedback on calls, pipeline, and positioning and act on it within the next deal
- Treat AI tools as a core part of your selling motion, not a novelty; adopt new tooling quickly and adapt it to your style
- Experience with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks is a plus; what matters is discipline and structure in deal management
- Strong business acumen with ability to sell on value, not price; confident engaging stakeholders from GMs to C-suite
- Competitive drive: you prospect when it would be easier not to, follow up persistently, and are not okay with underperformance
