Required qualifications: 4+ years in business development, account management, or sales of space hardware in aerospace/defense; direct experience with US Space Force and Intelligence communities (military, employee, or prime contractor); proven ability to influence customer decisions; technical fluency with spacecraft architecture and mission requirements; solid understanding of government contracting vehicles; ability to obtain and maintain Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance. Preferred qualifications include subject matter expertise in space-based ISR systems (OPIR, hyperspectral, radar, RF signals); strong technical writing and USG proposal expertise; experience with multiple government entities (Space Systems Command, Space Development Agency, AFRL, NASA, NRO); active security clearance. Compensation: $140,000–$240,000 USD based on experience. Full benefits include equity, comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) with 3% employer contribution, generous PTO, paid parental leave, EAP, professional development, and team building activities.
