Precision AQ is a leading market access marketing agency specializing in pharmaceutical and life sciences. As an Account Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client projects, bridging agency operations with client needs.
You will manage the full lifecycle of client deliverables, including quality control, project coordination, and stakeholder communication. Key responsibilities include:
**Client & Account Management:** Act as the lead point of contact on assigned projects, ensuring highest quality standards for client materials. Coordinate content planning meetings with internal experts and external stakeholders. Manage both client and internal expectations while developing best-practice protocols for quality assurance.
**Project Delivery:** Own overall management and delivery of individual client project assignments. Facilitate medical-legal-regulatory review processes to ensure promotional compliance. Serve as subject matter expert on client tactics and deliverables. Work with project management to develop timelines, execute projects within budget, and proactively identify and escalate risks.
**Financial Stewardship:** Contribute to client proposals, budgets, and reconciliations. Monitor project budgets (direct and labor costs), flag out-of-scope items, and assist with financial reporting and forecasting.
**Cross-functional Collaboration:** Prepare detailed client contact reports, maintain comprehensive project documentation, and attend internal meetings with client services, creative, traffic, and other departments.
You'll work with groundbreaking pharmaceutical and life sciences companies demonstrating the economic, clinical, and societal value of innovative treatments to payers, providers, patients, and policymakers.
