Momos is building AI agents for hospitality, powering the end-to-end guest experience for major brands like Firehouse Subs, Shake Shack, and Baskin-Robbins across thousands of locations. The company is backed by leading global investors and growing rapidly.
You will own a defined enterprise territory end to end, responsible for identifying high-value accounts, building relationships and business cases, and closing complex multi-stakeholder contracts. This is a foundational role building the enterprise motion from the ground up, not joining an established sales machine. You will work with VP and C-suite stakeholders (CMO, COO, CTO, CRO) across multi-location F&B, hospitality, and retail brands.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own enterprise territory strategy and pipeline generation through negotiation and close
- Multithread VP- and C-suite stakeholders to build ROI analysis and move large brands to commitment
- Navigate complex buying processes involving procurement, legal, and security review across 3–9 month sales cycles
- Prioritize new logo acquisition while growing existing strategic accounts
- Build and refine enterprise sales playbooks, processes, and operating rhythms
- Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data; forecast monthly and quarterly with precision
- Balance short-term wins with long-game revenue strategy
This role is ideal for someone who has built an enterprise sales motion before—ideally as a founding or first enterprise AE—and thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven track record as an Enterprise Account Executive, ideally with founding or first-AE experience building an enterprise motion from scratch
- Deep, hands-on experience selling into multi-location F&B, hospitality, or retail brands (required, not optional)
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales with real experience selling to enterprise organizations (500+ locations or equivalent scale)
- Comfortable selling to and multithreading VP- and C-suite stakeholders
- Consistent track record of carrying and exceeding significant annual quota, closing deals typically in the $80K–$150K+ ACV range
- Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles (3–9 months) involving multiple stakeholders, procurement, and legal
- Strong executive presence and negotiation skills backed by analytical rigor
- BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
